What If AI Could Finally Keep Up With You?
Updated: Oct 2
3 Things I'm Loving About Symphony by Wix That I Haven't Experienced With Any Other AI Tool
Imagine it's 9 p.m. The house is finally quiet, and you open your phone "just to check something." Four inboxes. Dozens of unread WhatsApp groups. A to-do list that lives in five different places. You don't even know where to start, so you close the phone and tell yourself you'll deal with it tomorrow.
That was me. A lot.
I've tried almost every AI tool out there: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Sintra you name it. They're brilliant at answering questions, writing drafts and brainstorming. But most of them wait for me to bring them the work; one conversation at a time, one account at a time. The mess stays my problem.
This may sound like a big statement, and I'm still going to make it:
Symphony by Wix is the first AI tool I've used that feels less like a chatbot and more like a team that actually knows my business.
As a business owner, my day usually looks like this:
Emails coming in across several accounts, all of them Google
Client work that needs to get to the right person, fast
WhatsApp groups I swear I'll catch up on "later"
Here's where it gets interesting; Symphony isn't one assistant. It's a team of AI agents, each focused on a different part of the business, and they work together. So the real questions become:
Can I finally see everything in one place?
Can I stop being the person who coordinates everything?
Let me walk you through the three things I'm loving the most; lesson style. By now you probably realized that is my style!
Lesson #1: All my inboxes, finally in one place
Like many business owners, I don't have one email. I have several Google accounts for different parts of my business and my life. With most AI tools, connecting one Google account is the limit, and everything else stays outside the conversation.
Symphony lets me connect multiple email accounts, even when they're from the same provider. So far, I've connected four!
Before | With Symphony |
Logging in and out of accounts all day | One place to ask about all of them |
Missing an email because it landed in the "other" inbox | Every connected inbox is in the picture |
Copying and pasting emails into AI for help | The context is already there |
(FYI: four is just where I am today. I'm not done yet.)
Lesson #2: One manager, a whole team
This is the one that changed how I work. Symphony has one main agent, Maestro, that acts as my manager. I only talk to Maestro. It figures out which agent should handle the work and distributes the tasks for me.
Here's what that can look like:
What I ask | Who handles it |
"Follow up with the client who hasn't replied." | Outreach agent |
"Find a time for a call next week." | Scheduling agent |
"Give me post ideas for this month." | Marketing agent |
"Who are the main competitors in this space?" | Research agent |
I don't have to remember which agent does what or open five different chats. I say it once, to one place, and it gets handled.
By the way, this is exactly how I want to run my business with people, too: one point of contact, clear ownership, and systems that don't depend on me doing every task myself. Symphony is the first AI tool that works the way a real team does.
Lesson #3: WhatsApp, summarized
I'm in way too many WhatsApp groups: clients, team, community, family. Important messages get buried under good-morning stickers, and catching up can take longer than the work itself.
Symphony connects to my WhatsApp chats, so I can simply ask:
"What did I miss in this group this week?"
"Did anyone ask me something directly?"
"Summarize what was decided."
In a few seconds, I know what matters and what can wait.
(FYI: if you work with clients in Latin America, or with anyone who lives on WhatsApp, you know this is where business really happens.)
How to try it this week
If you're curious, here's where I'd start:
Connect all your email accounts, not just the main one
Give Maestro one real task you'd normally do yourself
Connect WhatsApp and ask for a summary of your busiest group
Notice what you didn't have to do
This isn't about doing more; it's about seeing everything, delegating once, and getting your time back. For me, that time goes to the things that matter most: my family, my clients, and the work only I can do.
In my humble opinion, The best AI isn't the one that answers the most questions. It's the one that lets you step away, knowing everything is handled.
